Shipping policy


We take great care packing every order so your products arrive safely and in perfect condition.

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During busy seasons (holidays, special releases, etc.), processing may take a bit longer. We’ll reach out by email if there’s a delay.

 

Shipping Methods & Estimates

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and delivery address.

  • Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days
  • Priority / Expedited Shipping — estimated 2–3 business days (where available)

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package through the carrier’s website.

 

Damaged in Transit

We package every order with care, but transit damage can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the outer packaging and the product and email us at infiniteharvest@protonmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and, where applicable, file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors first. Then contact us and we will help you investigate. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
