Return, Refund & Shipping Policy

We craft every bar, bottle, and lotion with care, and we want you to love what you receive. Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

 

Our Products

Everything we make falls into the personal care and beauty category — including our handcrafted soaps, shampoo bars, magnesium lotions, and home sprays. By their nature, these products cannot be resold once they have left our hands and been received by a customer.

 

All Sales Are Generally Final

Because all Infinite Harvest products are handcrafted personal care and beauty items, we are generally unable to accept returns. This includes:

•  All handcrafted soaps (goat milk, coconut milk, aloe vera, colloidal oatmeal, charcoal, and unscented varieties)
• Shampoo bars
• Magnesium lotions
• Home sprays
• Bundles and collections (Retreat, Restore, R., Seasonal, etc.)
• Sale and discounted items
• Gift cards

 

We know this is a strict policy, but it exists to protect every customer. We would never resell a product that has been in someone else’s home.

 

Exception: Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We stand fully behind every product we make. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right — no questions asked.

 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there is an issue, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the damaged or incorrect product

 

Once we review your claim, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method. We cover return shipping for any verified damaged or incorrect order.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, contact us at infiniteharvest@protonmail.com.

 

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
